TEST CREDIT:

Skaters that meet the requirements for test credit may request preparation of a test credit form at registration.  Delay in printing of forms may occur if not requested prior to skating your event.  Forms must be picked up at the registration desk prior to the end of the competition.  Submission of test credit form to USFSA is the responsibility of the skater upon return home in conjunction with their home club test chair.  

 

Cost for test credit form preparation is $20.
